Issho Ni Ramen Sushi & Hibachi: Indulge in Authentic Japanese Cuisine

The sushi here is seriously so good. It literally melts in your mouth. I honestly think it might be one of the best sushi spots in Ohio. It tastes very close to authentic sushi in Japan. This is real sushi — the real deal.

What a great meal. We had ramen, sushi, fried rice and all of it was well made and delicious. We visited on Valentine's Day and though it was packed the staff moved quickly and efficiently. The quality of the seafood was top notch.

Easily the best ramen in Ohio. Spicy to the core, don't make foolish decisions. Rolls are all great. Sushi specials are pricey but amazing quality.

Always amazing food. Ramen is their big focus and it is spectacular. Rich broth and char-broiled pork belly with a perfectly cooked hard boiled egg. Being a sushi critic, I can say that the fish and ingredients are fresh. However, they need to figure out their rice. The rice just sticky enough to hold together but as it sits on the plate and dries the roll can fall apart.

My girlfriend and I had lunch here today Oct 30th 2025 for our Anniversary. We drove in from Erie, PA(about 1.5hrs) and had gyoza, veggie roll, and their Chicken Karage Truffle Ramen. Everything was delicious. After we got the check and were getting ready to pay. We told our server we were there for our Anniversary. Out of the kindness of their heart and unpromted, we were given a desert on the house to celebrate with us. It really made our day. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would.

Good ramen and sushi spot in Willoughby! Definitely worth a try if you’re in the Cleveland area - especially on a cold day. The venue is unassuming, located in a strip mall off the side of a road, but man oh man do they serve up a nice bowl of noodles. I ordered the spicy ramen (only option with chili paste) and it was down right delicious. You can tell the restaurant puts time and care into what they do. The broth was bursting with layers of flavor. The noodles had great texture and held up in the soup. The pork belly had a wonderful crispy smokey flavoring going on. It was a perfect trio of earthy, spicy, and rich! It was a colder day when I stopped in and this bowl warmed me up down to the core! The guests I was dining with ordered a he sushi roll and LOVED it! They said it was probably the best sushi roll they’ve ever had in their lives. Which is pretty high praise given they’re had more sushi than they’d probably care to admit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful in the ordering process. The dining room isn’t big but they do have a handful of booths and bar seating along the sushi counter. The booth seating isn’t the most comfortable and the backs tend to lean if you try to press your back against it. Bathroom was clean and fully stocked with soap and paper towels. Always an indicator of a good operation when a restaurant has a clean bathroom area. Overall, I’d definitely stop back in to try more food when I’m in the area next. I’d highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try if ramen and sushi are your thing! Just be warned this place fills up fast!

AMAZING. LA native and been to Japan. This is the best ramen and sushi in all of Ohio. I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen Level 2. Perfect if you don’t find hot cheetos particularly spicy. My partner ordered the Black Ramen, decent! The sushi was so fresh and the rolls were huge. Coming back!

I love everything I order from here. They have gotten my boyfriend out of his comfort zone and we love to try the different menu selections. Service is always 100% and never too long even during a rush hour.
